Lunch:

Whole Grain Flatbread Turkey Sandwich with 1/2 the flatbread removed, veggies, mustard, oil & vinegar

Sugar Free Monster

Dinner:

2 Eggs Scrambled w/cheese

Garlic Cheese toast on 1 slice of protein bread w/butter, garlic salt & cheese

Snack:

Cottage Cheese, 3 almonds, 4 cheddar rice chips

Workout:

100 squats

100 abs (lay down leg drops)
