Day 31 Well, I've made it a whole month. I feel pretty good about sticking to my diet for the month and for having been consistent with my posts here. Goals moving forward would be to workout more. I think I underestimated how physically demanding flipping these home would be. Lugging around heavy boxes, liftng tile and running all day - by the time I get home I barely have the energy to feed myself before I crash. That being said - excuses won't get me anywhere. Day 30 Meals: Breakfast: 1 Egg over medium, 1 egg white on power Grain protein toast w/butter 4 Cashews Pumpkin spice coffee w/sugar Free creamer Lunch: Builders Vanilla Protein Bar & 1 piece of String Cheese Sugar Free RedBull Water Dinner: Thanksgiving in January! Oak and I had gotten a free small turkey during Thanksgiving with some reward points we had at the local grocery store. That sucker has been in the freezer and Oak finally cooked it last night!
