Whole Grain Flatbread Turkey Sandwich with 1/2 the flatbread removed, all the veggies, mustard, oil & vinegar. (Subway)

Dinner:

Pot Roast

Broccoli & Cauliflower w/butter and salt

Workout:

30 mins cardio
