2 Eggs scrambled with cheese

8oz Coconut Water

6 Cashews

Valhalla Java Coffee w/Sugar Free Creamer & Truvia

 

Lunch:

Roast Beef & Turkey Sandwich

1 slice low carb bread

Mayo & Mustard 

Starbucks Pumpkin Chai

 

Dinner:

Chocolate Protein Shake (1 Scoop Powder, 6oz Milk)

6 Cashews

8oz Coconut Water

PM Snack: 

1 Egg w/cheese

3 Cashews 

3oz Coconut Water 

 

PM Workout: None

 

I also got to go use my gift card from Christmas and get my nails done. So fresh and so clean, clean.
