Day 3.
Woke up sore as hell! Guess that's what I get for taking so much time off during the holidays.
No workout this morning. We have a long day of painting and climbing up and down on ladders ahead of us, so I'll chalk that up to morning/afternoon cardio.
Meals:
Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/cheese
Brown Rice
Verde Salsa
6 Cashews
Deathwish Coffee w/sugar free creamer & 1 packet of truvia.
Lunch:
Chocolate Protein Shake (1 Scoop protein powder & milk)
8oz Coconut water
6 Cashews
Sugar Free Red Bull
Dinner:
Turkey & Roast Beef Lunch Meat w/a slice of provolone cheese
Bowl of Veggies (Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower) w/butter, salt and Parmesan cheese.
Chai Tea
Snack before bed: 1/2 an Atkins protein bar
Night Workout:
100 Assisted Squats
100 Bend Over Leg Extensions
