Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin removed

Iced Coffee w/cream & Splenda

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

Dinner:

Leftover ground beef stuffed such zucchini 

Chicken

Spaghetti squash & green beans

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar 

PM Workout: 

100 lay down hamstring presses
