Protein Bar Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

Pastrami & Cheese

Cheesy Hominey

Mushroom & Zuchinni 

Snack:

1/2 a protein bar

PM Workout:

20mins cardio (Need to get my ass in gear and do more lifting!)
