Cauliflower "Bread" Turkey Grilled Cheese

100 Squats
50 Seated Leg Raises
50 Laying hamstring curls
100 Calf raises
50 Crunches
Accountability. I have been struggling to stay motivated to do my workouts lately. I am so tired when I get home and it's the last thing I feel like doing. I have decided to try and hold myself more accountable by doing a 1 month challenge. I've taken some photos of myself at my current weight and will take another photo in exactly 1 month to see where I'm at and what progress I've made. I'm also hoping that publicly sharing this (and the results in a month) will hold me more accountable to myself and to you guys. So here we go.
Yup. There we go. Flaws and all. Full disclosure I did photo edit my face slightly to help ease my dark circles, but my body is 100% untouched (not even a photo filter). There is still so much I want to improve upon. I have a LOT of work to do. Wish me luck with my challenge!
