Protein Shake (8oz almond milk, chocolate muscle milk - 1 scoop)
8oz Coconut water
10 almonds
Dinner:
1 egg over medium, 1 egg white
1/2 an english muffin w/butter
Workout:
50 squats
10mins cardio
