Whole Grain Flatbread turkey sandwich w/veggies, cheese and oil & vinegar with 1/2 the flatbread removed (Subway)
Sugar Free Monster
Dinner:
Ground Beef w/cheese
12 Cheddar Pop Chips
10 Almonds
Hot Pumpkin Spice Tea w/truvia
Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
Workout:
30 mins cardio
