Protein Shake (8oz Almond Milk, 1 Scoop Muscle Milk)

10 Almonds

Dinner:

Ground Turkey w/sugar free bbq sauce

Steamed Veggies w/butter & salt

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

Workout:

30 mins cardio
