Lunch: 

Protein Bar

Sugar Free Monster

 

Dinner: 

Ground Beef Chili w/beans and small amount of spaghetti

10 almonds

Hot Vanilla Chai Tea w/sugar free cream & truvia

 Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

 

Workout: 

30 mins cardio
