Large Coffee w/6 cream & 6 Splenda
Lunch:
Whole Grain Flat Bread Turkey Sandwich, veggies, cheese, mustard, oil & vinegar (Subway)
Dinner:
2 eggs scrambled w/cheese
1 piece protein toast w/butter
Vanilla Chai Tea w/ sugar free cream & truvia
Snack:
Cottage Cheese, banana, 3 almonds
Workout:
3 sets 21 bar bicep curls
3 sets 21 tricep pull downs
3 sets 21 tricep dips
3 sets 21 abs (lay down leg drops)
