Breakfast:
2 Eggs Scrambled w/cheese
1 piece protein toast w/butter
Sugar Free Monster
Lunch: Birthday Cake Protein Bar (These are SO friggin good! If you are wanting to try a protein bar, but are afraid they taste gross, try these. I promise they are awesome.)
Lunch:
Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin removed
Dinner:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burrito with 1/2 the tortilla removed
Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
Workout:
30 mins cardio
