2 Starbucks Egg Bites

Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew w/extra sweet cream and 5 Splenda

Lunch:

Protein Shake (1 scoop protein, 8oz almond milk)

8oz Coconut Water

Dinner:

2 eggs scrambled w/cheese

1 piece protein toast w/butter

Hot Vanilla Chai w/sugar free cream & truvia

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

Workout:

100 Squats

100 lay down leg presses

3 sets 21 abs (lay down leg drops)
