Bacon, Egg & Cheese burrito with 1/2 the tortilla removed

Sugar Free Monster

 

Dinner: 

Ground Beef stuffed bell pepper

 

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

 

Workout: 

3 sets 21 squats

3 sets 21 abs
