Steamed Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower w/butter & salt

Hot Chai Tea w/truvia & sugar free vanilla cream

 

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

 

Workout: 

3 sets 21 shoulder pulls 

3 sets 21 lay down leg presses 

3 sets 21 abs (lay down leg drops)
