1 Egg, 1 egg white cheese omeletteÂ
1/2 a banana
peanut butterÂ

Lunch: String Cheese (forgot to pack lunch)
Dinner: Cauliflower "bread" turkey grilled cheese

Snack: 1/2 Scoop protein powder w/milk, 2 oz Coconut Water, 3 Almonds, small slice of cheeseÂ
Today was my rest day. I'll be working out 6 days a week during my challenge and taking off Sunday's to watch all the shows I watch Sunday nights. Did you guys see the Oscars blunder?! Still in shock.Â
