Leftover pizza slice (eating toppings and crust only)

Repeat of breakfast

PM Workout:

Arms. 

4 sets assisted bar curls 10-15

4 sets Seated curls 10-15

5 sets tricep pull downs 10-15 

5 sets close girl tricep barbell presses 10-15

(Messy hair, too tired to care) lol.
