AM Workout:
Took my onward before my workout
50 lay down leg presses /90 lbs
100 Squats /20lbs
10 laps jogging around the studio
Breakfast:
2 Eggs Scrambled w/cheese
1 piece Power Grain Protein Toast w/butter & fruit spread
Coffee
Lunch:
Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin removed
Coffee
Dinner:
Burger patty w/cheese
Brussle Sprouts with Bacon & Onion
Water

Snack:
Slice of cheese
Small amount of peanut butter
4 pretzel pieces
