Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled
1 piece power Grain protein toast w/butter
Lunch:
Turkey soup with carrots, noodles (I mainly avoided the noodles), cheese and a couple pieces of left over beef.
Coconut water
6 Cashews
Dinner: 1 Birthday Cake protein bar
Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
