1 piece power Grain protein toast with butter 

4 Cashews

Lunch: 

2 Starbucks Egg Bites 

1 Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew w/extra splash of Sweet Cream and 5 Splenda 

Dinner: 

Meatballs with sugar Free BBQ sauce 

Brussle Sprouts with bacon, onion & butter 

4 Cashews 

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
