1 Egg over medium, 1 egg white on power Grain toast with butter 

Coffee

Lunch:

Sweet & Spicy Tuna w/Mayo on power Grain bread

Sugar Free monster 

Dinner:

Meatballs with sugar Free bbq sauce

Brussle Sprouts with onion & butter

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
