1 Egg over medium, 1 egg white on power Grain protein toast with butter


Lunch: Repeat of breakfast


6 meatballs cooked in sugar free maple BBQ sauce

Brussle Sprouts cooked with bacon & onion

6 Cashews


Snack: 1/2 a "birthday cake" protein bar

Our flip house is getting close to being done - it's very exciting. Probably 3 weeks away news we are finishing up the tile work tomorrow then on to grouting. 

We also were finally able to get a new mattress. Our old one was literally falling apart, so we got a Ghost Bed. The cats (and us) definitely approve.
