Day 31
Well, I've made it a whole month. I feel pretty good about sticking to my diet for the month and for having been consistent with my posts here. Goals moving forward would be to workout more. I think I underestimated how physically demanding flipping these home would be. Lugging around heavy boxes, liftng tile and running all day - by the time I get home I barely have the energy to feed myself before I crash. That being said - excuses won't get me anywhere. Starting tomorrow - I'm going to set my mind to working out at least 5 days a week. Tired or not - just do it and get it done.

2 Starbucks Bacon & Cheese Egg Bites
Venti Sugar Free Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew - extra sweet cream & 4 Splenda
Lunch:
This is something I've been eating since I was a kid. My Pop would make this every year for lunch the day after Thanksgiving - he calls it the 'Truckstop Special'
Turkey over power Grain protein toast w/butter and beef gravy.
It's sooooo good. I'm thinking this whole 'Thanksgiving in January' thing is the best idea ever.
Dinner:
Another 'Truck Stop Special', but this time with an over medium egg on top.
Water
