Day 28:

Meals

Breakfast: 

2 Egg bites 

Venti Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew (Sub with sugar Free vanilla, add extra splash of sweet cream and 4 Splenda)

Lunch:

1 Egg over medium 1 egg white

Power Grain Potein Toast

Butter 

Dinner:

Hamburger patty w/cheese topped with 1 over medium egg on top of power Grain protein Toast w/butter. 

Snack: 1/2 a builders vanilla protein bar.
