Breakfast:

2 Eggs Scrambled w/cheese

Power Grain Protein Toast w/butter

Coffee w/sugar free cream

Lunch:

Repeat of breakfast

Dinner:

Burger patty w/cheese topped with an over medium egg on top of power grain toast w/butter.

Snack: 1/2 a builders vanilla protein bar
