Meals:

Breakfast:

2 eggs scrambled w/cheese

Grits w/butter & truvia

Coffee 

DTE & Onward 

Lunch:

2 egg salad w/Mayo, mustard, salt & pepper

1 small tortilla

Cashews (I was low on mayo, so I had some Cashews also)

Water

Snack: A piece of string cheese

Dinner:

Hamburger patty w/cheese

3 pieces whole grain bread crisps

Cashews

Water

Snack: 1 slice lunch meat, 3 Cashews, 1 bread crisp
