Lunch:
Eggs salad (1 egg, 1 egg white, Mayo, mustard, salt & pepper)
8oz Coconut Water
6 Cashews

I swear that's Coconut Water and not RumChata. Lol
Dinner:
Hamburger meat w/cheese & salsa
Brown & Wild Rice
6 Cashews

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
PM Workout:
100 Lying Hamstring curls
3 sets 10-12 Back pulls
3 sets 21 between the leg hamstring pulls
