Egg salad w/2 eggs (1 yolk removed), Mayo, mustard, salt & pepper

8oz Coconut Water

Water 

 Snack: 1/2 a protein bar

Dinner:

Grilled Chicken Salad 

Southwest Dressing 

Snack: 1/2 a protein bar
