Breakfast:

My protein grits 'slop' 

6 Almonds

Onward & DTE (runeverythinglabs.com)

Lunch:

Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin removed

Water 

Dinner:

Grilled chicken salad with small amount of southwest dressing 

Water 

Snack: 

1 egg scrambled w/cheese

3 almonds

Handful of wheat Chex 

PM Workout: None (unless you count lugging around heavy procelain tiles around all day as an arm workout).
