AM Workout: None
Meals:
Breakfast:
Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin removed
Coffee w/cream and Splenda
Lunch:
Protein Shake (1 Scoop protein powder & 6oz almond milk)
8oz Coconut Water
6 Cashews
1 Egg & slice of ham w/cheese
Sugar Free Rockstar
Snack: 1/2 a builders vanilla protein bar
Dinner:
Chicken breast
Bowl of veggies w/butter, salt & Parmesan
Green Tea
Water
Snack: 1/2 a scoop of protein powder w/milk, coconut water & 3 Almonds
PM Workout: None
We had a long day yesterday of tiling. We got up at 8am and didn't get home until almost 10pm. I was exhausted and fell asleep the minute my head hit the pillow. I was pissed at myself that I missed my workout last night, but one day at a time.
The tile is looking beautiful though!
